Berea Teacher Arrested On Sex Charges

Berea Police have arrested a Madison Southern High School teacher on sex charges.

Tuesday Berea Police along with Social Services traveled to the high school to investigate allegations of sexual contact between a teacher and student.

Police determined that Brandi Whitaker, 24, had sexual contact with a 16 year old male student on two separate occasions. Neither incident was on school property.

She is charged with Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, Rape 3rd Degree and Sodomy 3rd degree.
