Berea Police Have A Description Of Hit & Run Vehicle

Berea Police continue to search for the hit and run driver that left Billy Croucher, 71, lying dead in the roadway Friday night.

Police returned to the accident scene Monday and have released a description of the vehicle they believe is involved. It is a red pickup truck with damage to the front driver side and will have some rust spots. They do not have a make or model.

Charley Croucher the victim’s son is hoping someone will come forward.

“It could have been an accident his mental state was getting bad, you know he could have walked out in front of somebody, but you know they didn’t have to leave him laying there” said Charley Croucher. “ I wish somebody would come forward, you know, give us a little closure.”
