Narcan Administered To Unresponsive Driver
Sunday Richmond Police were called to investigate a single car crash on Foxhaven Drive. When officers arrived they found James Noe, 37, of Lancaster, unresponsive and not breathing.
According to the citation Noe nearly drove into an apartment building.
EMS administered Narcan at the scene. He was then transported to the hospital where he refused treatment.
During the investigation, police found a brown substance thought to be heroin, a burnt can, marijuana, and a syringe in Noe’s shirt pocket.
Noe is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs etc., first offense first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia.
He is lodged at the Madison County Detention Center.
