Richmond Man Jailed For Trafficking
Monday Richmond Police arrested Billy Taylor, 45, on trafficking charges that occurred in August 2016.
Police say Taylor on two different occasions sold Oxycodone to a confidential informant. According to the arrest citation, on Aug. 4, Taylor sold four 10 mg tablets for $50, then on Aug. 11, he sold five 30 mg tablets for $200.
Taylor is charged with first offense first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than 10 drug units of opiates) and first offense first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than 10 drug units of a drug unspecified).
Taylor remains in the Madison County Detention Center.
