Richmond Police are asking for help in identifying two women accused of shoplifting over $500 in perfume.

Two women entered the Richmond, KY JCPenny Tuesday accompanied by six children.  According to police, the women instructed the children to be a distraction to employees while they shoplifted the merchandise.

“When the parents are using small juveniles in order to shoplift it’s pretty bad,” Major Steve Gregg said.

The two women are unidentified, and any help from citizens in identifying the accused should contact the Richmond Police.  Images can be found on the Richmond Police Department website.
