Irvine Man Sentenced For Sex Crimes
An Irvine man was sentenced to 25 years in prison for sex crimes against a minor.
James Hiatt, 33, of Stacy Lane, was sentenced Friday on charges of first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse and incest. All three crimes involved a victim younger than age 5. He received 25 years each on the sodomy and incest charges and 10 years on the sexual abuse charge.
During sentencing Madison Circuit Judge William G. Clouse allowed two terms to be served concurrently with the first 25-year sentence.
