KY Supreme Court presiding over governor lawsuit

The Kentucky Supreme Court has said it will hear arguments from Attorney General Andy Beshear’s suit against Governor Matt Bevin over funding cuts at state universities. Beshear argues these cuts are unconstitutional, though a lower court has sided in favor of the governor’s cuts.
