9 Arrested In Drug Bust

In Madison County a four month long drug investigation ended yesterday with the arrest of nine people. Law enforcement from Kentucky Sate Police. Richmond Post 7, Madison County Drug Taskforce, Madison County Sheriff’s Office and Richmond Police Department participated in the round-up.

The following are the names, ages and charges of the people arrested:

Clark S. Fletcher, 52 years old of Richmond, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, 1st Offense.

Anthony L. Ray, 36 years old of Richmond, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense and Persistent Felony Offender.

Timothy J. Rogers, 26 years old of Berea, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense.

Kenneth B. Miller, 39 years old of Berea, Four counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense.

Lola Rose, 57 years old of Richmond. Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense.

Grayney Smith, 64 years old of Richmond, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense.

Heather R. Wagers, 37 years old of Richmond, Three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 2nd Offense.

Lisa Feltner, 43 years old of Richmond, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd.

Kevin L. Feltner, 22 years of Richmond, Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense.
