Powell County Youth Minister & School Bus Driver Sentenced

Yesterday Steve Williams, a former Powell County youth minister and school bus driver accused of sexually abusing two girls was sentenced to seven years in prison.

Authorities say the incident happened back in 2015 during a white water rafting trip.

Williams drove a school bus for Powell County Schools and served as a youth minister at a Stanton Church.
