Berea Woman Charged With Rape Of A Minor

A Berea woman is in jail on rape charges.

Berea Police say Christina Hall, 26,  allegedly gave a 13 year old boy alcohol and marijuana before engaging in sex with him.

Hall is charged with one count of third-degree rape and one count of second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and one count of third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

Police say the teen was not able to legally give consent because of his age and because he was impaired.

Hall is lodged at the Madison County Detention Center.
