Search On For Missing Winchester Man

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in trying to find a missing Winchester man. Investigators say 23-year old David Pence was last seen on Verna Drive in Winchester around 10:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 19, 2016.

He was wearing a red coat, gray sweatpants and black and white tennis shoes.

Investigators say there is concern because Pence has mental disabilities and could be in danger because of the inclement weather.
